Terms Used In Missouri Laws 260.065
- State: when applied to any of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories, and the words "United States" includes such district and territories. See Missouri Laws 1.020
Notes and bonds issued hereunder shall not constitute an indebtedness of the state and the state shall not be liable on such bonds and notes and the form of such bonds and notes shall contain a statement to such effect.
