- State: when applied to any of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories, and the words "United States" includes such district and territories. See Missouri Laws 1.020
Upon termination or dissolution, all rights and properties of the authority shall pass to and be vested in the state of Missouri, subject to the rights of noteholders, bondholders, and other creditors.
