- Amendment: A proposal to alter the text of a pending bill or other measure by striking out some of it, by inserting new language, or both. Before an amendment becomes part of the measure, thelegislature must agree to it.
- Association: any corporation organized under this chapter. See Missouri Laws 274.020
For filing articles of incorporation, an association organized hereunder shall pay ten dollars; and for filing an amendment to the article, two dollars and fifty cents.
