- person: may extend and be applied to bodies politic and corporate, and to partnerships and other unincorporated associations. See Missouri Laws 1.020
Parties may be heard either in person or by counsel as they may elect, and the panel shall give due notice of all hearings to the employee or employees or their representatives and the public utility or utilities involved in the labor dispute.
