Terms Used In Missouri Laws 301.561
- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.

Any person or corporation holding a public motor vehicle auction shall display in a conspicuous manner two signs each of which shall bear the following warning in letters at least six inches high: “Attention Buyers: Vehicles sold at this auction may not have had a safety inspection.” The dimensions of each sign shall be at least two feet by two feet.
