Terms Used In Missouri Laws 305.325
- Obligation: An order placed, contract awarded, service received, or similar transaction during a given period that will require payments during the same or a future period.
- State: when applied to any of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories, and the words "United States" includes such district and territories. See Missouri Laws 1.020
Nothing in sections 305.300 to 305.333 shall be construed to authorize the authority to create a debt, liability or obligation of the state of Missouri or of any of its political subdivisions, and all bonds issued by the authority shall be paid solely from the revenues and other funds provided therefor by the provisions of sections 305.300 to 305.333.
