Terms Used In Missouri Laws 307.155

  • person: may extend and be applied to bodies politic and corporate, and to partnerships and other unincorporated associations. See Missouri Laws 1.020

Any person violating any of the provisions of sections 307.130 to 307.160 shall be deemed guilty of a class C misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine of not to exceed fifty dollars for each offense.
