Terms Used In Missouri Laws 311.329
- person: as used in this chapter shall mean and include any individual, association, joint stock company, syndicate, copartnership, corporation, receiver, trustee, conservator, or other officer appointed by any state or federal court. See Missouri Laws 311.030
- United States: includes such district and territories. See Missouri Laws 1.020
Any person who has in his possession a reproduced, modified or altered motor vehicle driver’s license, nondriver’s license issued by any uniformed service of the United States, or identification card established in section 302.181, or any other such identification card which indicates that the person represented on the card is over twenty-one years of age, is guilty of a class A misdemeanor.
