Terms Used In Missouri Laws 313.345

No license or contract shall be granted to any person in default in the payment of any obligation or debt due the state, provided no applicant shall be deemed in default in the payment of any obligation or debt due to the state as long as there is pending a hearing of any kind relevant to such matter.
