- Contract: A legal written agreement that becomes binding when signed.
Any other provision of the law to the contrary notwithstanding, no contractual provision between the department of revenue and its agents which prohibits said agent from employing a lobbyist shall be binding on said agent, and no subsequent contract shall contain such a provision.
