Any person who knowingly falsifies the fingerprints or photographs or other information required to be submitted under sections 324.1100 to 324.1148 is guilty of a class E felony; and any person who violates any of the other provisions of sections 324.1100 to 324.1148 is guilty of a class A misdemeanor.
