Terms Used In Missouri Laws 332.111

  • person: may extend and be applied to bodies politic and corporate, and to partnerships and other unincorporated associations. See Missouri Laws 1.020

Any person who practices dentistry as defined in section 332.071, or as a dental hygienist as defined in section 332.091, who is not duly registered and currently licensed in Missouri as hereinafter provided is guilty of a class A misdemeanor.
