Terms Used In Missouri Laws 336.190
- Conviction: A judgement of guilt against a criminal defendant.

Any person who shall violate or aid in the violation of any of the provisions of sections 336.010 to 336.220 shall upon conviction be deemed guilty of a class A misdemeanor.
