- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
That nothing in this law contained shall be held to exempt any corporation from any of the fines and penalties prescribed by chapter 416 relating to pools, trusts, conspiracies and discriminations.
