Terms Used In Missouri Laws 368.050

  • Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.

Any corporation organized under the provisions of this chapter, or any officer or employee thereof, who shall violate any of the provisions of section 368.040 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
