Terms Used In Missouri Laws 370.060

  • Amendment: A proposal to alter the text of a pending bill or other measure by striking out some of it, by inserting new language, or both. Before an amendment becomes part of the measure, thelegislature must agree to it.

No amendment to the bylaws shall become operative until approved by the director of the division of credit unions and until a certified copy has been filed as original bylaws are filed.
