Within ten days after any director, officer, or other person has been suspended from office, prohibited from participation in the conduct of the affairs of a credit union, or both, under subsection 3 of section 370.157, such director, officer, or other person may apply to the circuit court of the county in which the credit union is located or the circuit court of Cole County for a stay of such suspension or prohibition pending the completion of the administrative proceedings under the notice served upon such director, officer, or other person under subsection 1 or 2 of section 370.157, and such court shall have jurisdiction to stay such suspension or prohibition.
