Any officer, director, clerk, employee or agent of any company who receives or pays out, or orders the payment of any money, or incurs any obligation for the payment of money, in violation of the terms of section 375.166, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars, or by imprisonment in the county jail for a term of not more than six months, or by both the fine and imprisonment.
