Terms Used In Missouri Laws 377.350

  • Contract: A legal written agreement that becomes binding when signed.
  • Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.

Every corporation, company or association transacting business under the provisions of sections 377.200 to 377.460 shall, upon the issuance of every policy, attach to such policy or endorse thereon the substance of the application upon which such policy was issued, and which is made a part of the contract of insurance, or referred to therein, or which may in any manner affect the validity of such policy.
