Terms Used In Missouri Laws 385.304

  • Contract: A legal written agreement that becomes binding when signed.
  • State: when applied to any of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories, and the words "United States" includes such district and territories. See Missouri Laws 1.020

Reimbursement insurance policies insuring service contracts issued, sold or offered for sale in this state shall state that, upon failure of the provider to perform under the contract, including the failure to return the unearned provider fee, the insurer that issued the policy shall pay or perform according to the provider’s contractual obligations under the service contracts insured by the insurer.
