Any person offending against any provision of sections 417.300 to 417.360 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof by a court of competent jurisdiction shall be punished by a fine of not less than five dollars nor more than twenty-five dollars, and each receptacle unlawfully dealt with as herein provided shall be deemed and held to constitute a separate offense.
