- Deed: The legal instrument used to transfer title in real property from one person to another.
- hereafter: means the time after the statute containing it takes effect. See Missouri Laws 1.020
- person: may extend and be applied to bodies politic and corporate, and to partnerships and other unincorporated associations. See Missouri Laws 1.020
- real estate: shall be construed as coextensive in meaning with lands, tenements and hereditaments, and as embracing all chattels real and as including a manufactured home as defined in section 700. See Missouri Laws 442.010
All deeds, mortgages, deeds of trust and other instruments affecting title to real estate hereafter executed by any person under the age of eighteen shall be binding upon such person under the age of eighteen unless he shall file a deed or other instrument duly acknowledged in the office of the recorder of deeds where the land is situate, disaffirming the same, within two years after the disability of the minority is removed.
