- Fiduciary: A trustee, executor, or administrator.
- State: when applied to any of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories, and the words "United States" includes such district and territories. See Missouri Laws 1.020
Whenever it is consistent with proper administration of the estate, the executor or administrator may, without an order of court, deposit, as a fiduciary, the funds of the estate in a banking institution in this state as a general deposit and either as a demand, time or savings deposit.
