- Interrogatories: Written questions asked by one party of an opposing party, who must answer them in writing under oath; a discovery device in a lawsuit.
The interrogatories shall be annexed to the commission, and shall be drawn and signed by the parties or their counsel in the cause, under the sanction and direction of the court, or judge thereof.
