Terms Used In Missouri Laws 529.080

  • person: may extend and be applied to bodies politic and corporate, and to partnerships and other unincorporated associations. See Missouri Laws 1.020
  • Writ: A formal written command, issued from the court, requiring the performance of a specific act.

In case judgment shall be given for the person making the return to the writ, he shall recover his costs of suit, to be levied by execution as in other cases.
