- Docket: A log containing brief entries of court proceedings.
- State: when applied to any of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories, and the words "United States" includes such district and territories. See Missouri Laws 1.020
Each agency may maintain a public rulemaking docket. The rulemaking docket may contain a listing of the precise subject matter of each rule that the agency is considering proposing. The docket may also contain the name and address of agency personnel with whom persons may communicate with respect to the matter and an indication of the present status within the agency of the rule the agency is considering proposing. The secretary of state may publish such rulemaking dockets.
