Terms Used In Missouri Laws 540.120
- Oath: A promise to tell the truth.
- person: may extend and be applied to bodies politic and corporate, and to partnerships and other unincorporated associations. See Missouri Laws 1.020
Any person having taken the oath required pursuant to section 540.110, who shall willfully violate the same, shall be adjudged guilty of a class B misdemeanor.
