- Conviction: A judgement of guilt against a criminal defendant.
Every judge, prosecuting attorney, clerk or judge who shall knowingly violate any provision of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be fined not exceeding one thousand dollars.
