1. A person commits the offense of age misrepresentation with intent to solicit a minor when he or she knowingly misrepresents his or her age with the intent to use the internet or any electronic communication to engage in criminal sexual conduct involving a minor.
2. The offense of age misrepresentation with intent to solicit a minor is a class E felony.
