- Recorder of deeds: the separate recorder of deeds in those counties where separate from the circuit clerk and the circuit clerk and ex officio recorder of deeds in those counties where the offices are combined. See Missouri Laws 59.005
The recorder of deeds in counties of the first class not having a charter form of government shall keep a full, true and faithful account of all fees of every kind received and shall make a report thereof at the end of each year to the county commission. All fees, charges and moneys collected or received by the recorder of deeds shall be paid by him into the county treasury.
