Terms Used In Missouri Laws 64.450

  • State: when applied to any of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories, and the words "United States" includes such district and territories. See Missouri Laws 1.020

County commissions in all counties in the state of Missouri may set aside five percent of the county revenue fund for the purchase of county parks and the maintenance thereof. Titles to land purchased shall be taken in the name of the county, and each county commission is authorized to set aside a sufficient amount each year for the maintenance of said parks when purchased.
