Terms Used In Missouri Laws 644.131

  • hereafter: means the time after the statute containing it takes effect. See Missouri Laws 1.020
  • person: may extend and be applied to bodies politic and corporate, and to partnerships and other unincorporated associations. See Missouri Laws 1.020

Nothing in sections 644.006 to 644.141 alters or abridges any right of action now or hereafter existing in law or equity, civil or criminal, nor is any provision of sections 644.006 to 644.141 construed as prohibiting any person, as a riparian owner or otherwise, from exercising his rights to suppress nuisances.
