- Trustee: A person or institution holding and administering property in trust.
Such trustee shall employ counsel whenever necessary in the discharge of his duties, and shall make report of his proceedings to the county commission at each regular term thereof, and such trustee shall receive for his services such compensation as the commission shall think reasonable.
