- Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.
All ordinances, resolutions and proceedings of such city may be approved by its corporate seal, attested by the officer having charge thereof, and when printed and published by authority of such city, the same shall be received in evidence in all courts and places without further proof.
