Terms Used In Missouri Laws 82.680

  • Heretofore: means any time previous to the day when the statute containing it takes effect. See Missouri Laws 1.020
  • State: when applied to any of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories, and the words "United States" includes such district and territories. See Missouri Laws 1.020

All fees, commissions or other compensation heretofore charged, received or allowed by or to any such collector, as compensation for his services, either under or by virtue of state law, the charter of such city, or otherwise, are hereby abolished.
