Terms Used In Montana Code 13-26-107

  • Election: means a general, special, or primary election held pursuant to the requirements of state law, regardless of the time or purpose. See Montana Code 13-1-101
  • Quorum: The number of legislators that must be present to do business.

(1)may choose a president, secretary, and other necessary officers;

(2)may make rules governing the procedure of the convention; and

(3)shall judge the qualifications and election of its members.
