16-11-512. Construction. If a court of competent jurisdiction finds that the provisions of 16-11-401 through 16-11-403 and of this part conflict and cannot be harmonized, then the legislature intends the provisions of 16-11-401 through 16-11-403 to control. Except as specifically provided in this part, the provisions of this part are not intended to and may not be interpreted to override the provisions of 16-11-401 through 16-11-403.
