25-33-306. Effect of judgment of district court. Judgments rendered in the district court on appeal shall have the same force and effect and may be enforced in the same manner as judgments in actions commenced in the district court.

- Appeal: A request made after a trial, asking another court (usually the court of appeals) to decide whether the trial was conducted properly. To make such a request is "to appeal" or "to take an appeal." One who appeals is called the appellant.
