35-10-116. Law governing internal affairs. Except as provided in 35-10-710, the law of the state in which a partnership has its chief executive office governs the partnership’s internal affairs.

- Partnership: A voluntary contract between two or more persons to pool some or all of their assets into a business, with the agreement that there will be a proportional sharing of profits and losses.
