35-20-202. Bylaws. The trustees of any association incorporated agreeably to the provisions of this chapter may enact bylaws for regulating the affairs of such corporation, not inconsistent with the laws of this state.
Terms Used In Montana Code 35-20-202
- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
- State: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories. See Montana Code 1-1-201
