37-42-322. Violation. Any person, firm, or corporation, both municipal and private, violating any provisions of this chapter or the rules adopted hereunder is guilty of a misdemeanor. Each day of operation in violation of this chapter or any rules adopted hereunder shall constitute a separate offense.
Terms Used In Montana Code 37-42-322
- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
- Person: includes a corporation or other entity as well as a natural person. See Montana Code 1-1-201
