39-51-407. Reimbursement of fund by state. The state of Montana shall replace within a reasonable time any money received under section 302 of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. § 502, that because of any action or contingency has been lost or has been expended for purposes other than or in amounts in excess of those found necessary by the secretary of labor of the United States for the proper administration of Montana’s unemployment insurance laws.
