39-71-2619. Notification of insolvency by private self-insurer. As a condition of the privilege to self-insure pursuant to Title 39, chapter 71, part 21, a private self-insurer shall agree in writing to notify the department and the fund within 24 hours of the filing of any bankruptcy or determination of insolvency relating to that private self-insurer.
