42-2-102. (Temporary) Proceedings subject to Indian Child Welfare Acts. A proceeding under this title that pertains to an Indian child, as defined in41-3-1303, is subject to the federal Indian Child Welfare Act of 1978, 25 U.S.C. § 1901, et seq., and the Montana Indian Child Welfare Act provided for in Title 41, chapter 3, part 13.
