44-2-315. Removal from network upon nonpayment. Law enforcement agencies, other than the state of Montana or any of its subdivisions, that become 120 days delinquent in payment of any fees approved and assessed must be notified that they will be removed from the criminal justice information network, and the department of justice shall take the necessary steps to carry out this provision.
Terms Used In Montana Code 44-2-315
- criminal justice information network: means a telecommunications network used exclusively for the purpose of information exchange among the state's law enforcement agencies as provided in Title 44, chapter 5. See Montana Code 44-2-301
- State: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories. See Montana Code 1-1-201
