50-79-405. Penalty. A person who violates 50-79-404 is guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not less than $100 and not more than $1,000 or by confinement in the county jail of not less than 30 days and not more than 90 days or by both.

  • Person: means an individual, corporation, partnership, firm, association, trust, estate, public or private institution, group, agency, political subdivision or agency of a political subdivision, and any legal successor, representative, agent, or agency of the foregoing, other than the United States nuclear regulatory commission, any successor, or federal agencies licensed by the nuclear regulatory commission.
