53-20-174. Autism facilities special revenue account. (1) There is an autism facilities account in the state special revenue fund established in 17-2-102 to the credit of the department of public health and human services.

Terms Used In Montana Code 53-20-174

  • Available: means :

    (i)that services of an identified provider or providers have been found to be necessary and appropriate for the habilitation of a specific person by the person's individual treatment planning team;

    (ii)that funding for the services has been identified and committed for the person's immediate use; and

    (iii)that all providers have offered the necessary services for the person's immediate use. See Montana Code 53-20-102

  • State: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories. See Montana Code 1-1-201

(2)The purpose of the account is to provide funding for autism facilities grants awarded in accordance with 53-20-173.

(3)The account consists of

(a)money appropriated to or transferred into the account by the legislature;

(b)any funds available through and identified by the department for the autism facilities grant program; and

(c)gifts, grants, or donations made for the purposes of 53-20-173.
