53-6-115. Contracts with other agencies. The department of public health and human services may by suitable rules provide for contracting with any state or private agency for processing and payment of claims under the program of medical assistance, and the department may contract with one or more private or state agencies to provide any or all of the enumerated medical services.

- Contract: A legal written agreement that becomes binding when signed.
- Department: means the department of public health and human services provided for in 2-15-2201. See Montana Code 53-6-155
- State: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories. See Montana Code 1-1-201
