69-4-512. Judicial review. (1) An excavator subject to repair costs may have repair costs reviewed by a court of competent jurisdiction.

- Jurisdiction: (1) The legal authority of a court to hear and decide a case. Concurrent jurisdiction exists when two courts have simultaneous responsibility for the same case. (2) The geographic area over which the court has authority to decide cases.
(2)An excavator or underground facility owner subject to a civil penalty in accordance with 69-4-524 or 69-4-525 may have the civil penalty reviewed by a court of competent jurisdiction as provided in 2-4-702.
