72-38-206. Rules of procedure in trust proceedings. (1) The pleadings described in 72-38-214 are permitted pleadings in judicial proceedings under this chapter.

- Appellate: About appeals; an appellate court has the power to review the judgement of another lower court or tribunal.
- Pleadings: Written statements of the parties in a civil case of their positions. In the federal courts, the principal pleadings are the complaint and the answer.
(2)Unless specifically provided to the contrary in this chapter or unless inconsistent with this chapter, the rules of civil procedure, including the rules concerning vacation of orders and appellate review, govern proceedings under this chapter.
